Mario really understood my goals, my struggles on a really deep level,
and just a personal journey that I was on; and that comfort level was established right away.
Before working with Mario my businesses were really a mess on the inside because I lacked the confidence to communicate my own needs clearly; which meant I was doing a lot more than I needed to. So when I needed help, I would be hesitant to delegate it or I would be hesitant to ask for support.
My partners could not rely on me, I couldn't rely on my partners. Before, we were losing clients and customers very often, and we weren't really sure why. Now, we haven't really seen that anymore because our clients and customers trust us, and they can talk to us, and they feel that same comfort level now that we've shown it to them; to have these conversations and to talk through the different struggles.
After having worked with Mario, I can say confidently that the business has moved forward. Not only a lot faster but a lot more enjoyable. The stress levels are down. Everyone's having a lot more fun, everyone's enjoying the process. We're all just getting better as we go. And of course, as a result of that, our revenue has grown significantly.
